Julie!!! Are you still in New Delhi?! If so could you please please visit Shack Coffee Co.? Its a small community-first bootstrapped cafe and roastery in the urban Village of Shahpurjat. I think it embodies India's burgeoning coffee scene and cafe culture beautifully.
